The Cardio-Zone is specially designed with a state-of-the-art fitness studio using the new Life Fitness range that allow access to world news, movie channels or your favourite tune on our iPOD access machines during a work out on the treadmills, summit trainer, bikes and cross-trainers. You may even utilize the built-in Virtual trainer - all this by natural daylight and stunning views of the Bosphorus.
